【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardprovidesguidanceand,whereappropriate,definesproceduresforvariationsofcertainparametersandfactorsassociatedwiththedesignoffireresistantglazedelementswhichhavebeentestedinaccordancewithEN1364-1,andclassifiedaccordingtoEN13501-2.Extendedapplicationoffireresistantglazedelementsshallbebasedontestevidence.Thisstandardonlyappliestoverticallyinstalledfireresistantglazedelements.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytodoorsetsandopenablewindowsaccordingtoEN1634-1.Glassblockassembliesandpaverunitsandchannel-shapedglassasdefinedinEN1051-1andEN572-7areexcluded.Thereiscurrentlyinsufficientinformationavailabletoenablerulesforextendedapplicationtobedevelopedfortheseproducts.NOTESomepartitionwallsuseacombinationoffireresistantglass,non-translucentandotheropaqueproducts.Theextendedapplicationinthiscaseonlycoverstheglasswhenitreplacestheseproducts–seeclause8.2.
