【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheclassificationofelectrode/fluxcombinationsandweldmetalintheas-weldedconditionandinthepost-weldheat-treatedconditionforsubmergedarcweldingofnonalloyandfinegrainsteelswithaminimumyieldstrengthofupto500MPaoraminimumtensilestrengthofupto570MPa.Onefluxcanbeclassifiedwithdifferentsolidwireelectrodesandtubularcoredelectrodes.Thesolidwireelectrodeisalsoclassifiedseparatelybasedonchemicalcomposition.ThisInternationalStandardisacombinedspecificationprovidingforclassificationutilizingasystembasedupontheyieldstrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyforweldmetalof47J,orutilizingasystembaseduponthetensilestrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyforweldmetalof27J.a)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“A”areapplicableonlytoelectrode/fluxcombinationsandwireelectrodesclassifiedusingthesystembasedupontheyieldstrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyforweldmetalof47J,inaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.b)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“B”areapplicableonlytoelectrode/fluxcombinationsandwireelectrodesclassifiedusingthesystembaseduponthetensilestrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyforweldmetalof27J,inaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.c)Clauses,subclauses,andtableswhichdonothaveeitherthesuffixletter“A”orthesuffixletter“B”areapplicabletoallelectrode/fluxcombinationsandwireelectrodesclassifiedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.Fluxesforthesingle-runandtwo-runtechniquesareclassifiedonthebasisofthetwo-runtechnique.
