【摘要】:Scratchesexistonallglasssurfaces.Oftenthereareveryfinescratchesfromcleaningoperationsthatarenotvisiblewhenlookingthroughtheglass.Visiblescratchesmaybedistractingtotheobserverlookingthroughtheenclosure.Therefore,aproceduretodefinescratchesisuseful.Avisualstandardisusedbecauseitisnotpracticaltomeasurethedimensionsofthefinescratchesinthescopeofthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthevisualinspectionofscratchesontheglasssurfaceofaerospacetransparentenclosures.1.2Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
