【摘要】:Thisclassificationcontainspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforlayoutandbuildingfactors.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,showninFigs.1through3,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(seeFigs.1through3)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through3)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through3)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningtoestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroupovertime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.

【摘要】:ThistestmethodisestablishedtocoverautomatedSEM/EDX-basedproceduresfor:RatingtheinclusioncontentofsteelsbasedonprocedureslistedinStandardsE45andE1245,withthesignificantdifferencethatthecompositionoftheindividualinclusions,asdeterminedbyX-rayanalysis,isutilizedtosortthemintochemicalclasses.Determiningthenumber,sizeandmorphologicaldistributionofinclusionsinsteelssortedbychemicalclass.Methods1and2ofthistestmethodareprimarilyintendedforratingtheinclusioncontentofsteelsdeoxidizedwithsiliconoraluminum,bothsiliconandaluminum,orvacuum-treatedsteelswithouteithersiliconoraluminumadditions.Guidelinesareprovidedtorateinclusionsinsteeltreatedwithrareearthadditionsorcalcium-bearingcompounds(13.4).Whensuchsteelsareevaluated,thetestreportshoulddescribethenatureoftheinclusionsratedaccordingtoeachinclusioncategory(A,B,C,D).Methods1and2willprovideaquantitativeratingoftheinclusioncontentinhalf-severitynumberincrementsfrom0to5foreachinclusiontypeandthickness(MethodDofTestMethodE45),andintabulatedinTable2.TestMethodE45ratingsbySEMmaydifferfromthosedeterminedfollowingE45becauseoftheuseofchemistryintheclassifications.InordertodifferentiateE45ratingsobtainedusingtheSEMfromtraditionalratingsusinglightmicroscopy,theratingsobtainedusingMethod1or2ofthisTestMethodshallbeidentifiedasE45-SEM1andE45-SEM2,respectively.Method3definesprocedurestoanalyzeandreportinclusionsbyarbitrarysizedistributionandchemicalclassifications.Itmaybemadeapplicabletoanymaterialbyappropriatechoiceoftheseclassifications.Method3determinesandreportsbasic(asusedinTestMethodE1245)stereologicalmeasurements(forexample,volumefractionofsulfidesandoxides,thenumberofsulfidesoroxidespersquaremillimeter,andsoforth).Thistestmethod,however,doesnotaddressthemeasurementofsuchparameters.E45ratingsarenotproducedinMethod3becausetheinclusionclassificationsdonotfollowthosedefinedinTestMethodE45.Thequantitativeresultsareintendedtoprovideadescriptionofthetypesandamountsofinclusionsinaheatofsteel.Thistestmethodcontainsnoguidelinesforsuchuse.TABLE2MinimumValuesforInclusionSeverityRatingLevelsforMeasurementsinMicrometers(Forexpressioninotherunits,seeTestMethodsE45,Table2)TestMethodE45RatingLimits(x03BC;mat1x00D7;orcount)SeverityABCD0.5
