【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletostringinsulatorunitsofthelongrodtypewithinsulatingpartsofceramicmaterialintendedforuseina.c.overheadpowerlineswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.Itisalsoapplicabletoinsulatorsofsimilardesign,usedinsubstations.Thisstandardisapplicabletoceramicstringinsulatorunitsofthelongrodtype,eitherwithaclevisendfittingatbothendsforcouplingwithatongue,orwithasocketendfittingatbothendsforcouplingwithapinball.Theobjectofthisstandardistoprescribespecifiedvaluesforelectricalandmechanicalcharacteristics,andfortheprincipaldimensionsofceramicstringinsulatorunitsofthelongrodtype.Thisstandardisapplicabletostringinsulatorunitsforuseonoverheadlinessituatedinlightlypollutedareas,andthecreepagedistancesgivenintable1havebeenestablishedaccordingly,usingtheIEC60815recommendationof16mm/kVforpollutionlevelI.However,shortercreepagedistancesmaybeusedinsomenon-pollutedareas.Ifspecificoperatingconditionsrequireorallownon-standard(longerorshorter)creepagedistances,themechanicalcharacteristicsaswellasthelengthsL(seeclause4)ofthisstandardshouldbeusedunlesstheneedforexceptionallylongcreepagedistancesrequiresvaluesofLgreaterthanthosegivenintable1.Inthecaseofspecialrequirements,e.g.veryheavypollutedareasandforotherparticularorextremeenvironmentalconditions,itmaybenecessaryforcertaindimensionstobechanged.NOTES1Asfarasreasonablyapplicable,thisInternationalStandardmayalsobeappliedtosimilarinsulatorunitsoutsidethescopeofthisstandard,suchasinsulatorsforelectrictractionlines.2ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludetestsoninsulatorsanddimensionsofendfittings.3BallandsocketcouplingsarecoveredbyIEC60120,clevisandtonguecouplingsbyIEC60471.4Forthedefinitionofpollutionlevels,seeIEC60815.5Theterm"ceramic"isusedinthisInternationalStandardtorefertoporcelainmaterialsand,contrarytoNorthAmericanpractice,doesnotincludeglasses.
