【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecification(PAS)specifiesamanagementsystemforroadrecoveryoperators.Therequirementscontainedwithinitareintendedtosecurethehealthandsafetyofroadrecoveryoperatortechniciansandroadusers.Itpromotesbestpracticeproceduresfor:——attendingvehiclebreakdownsattheroadside;——therecoveryand/orremovalofvehiclesfromtheroadside;and——otheraspectsofvehiclebreakdown,recoveryandremovalbyspecifyingrequirementsfor:a)thetype,maintenanceandsafetymarkingofroadrecoveryvehiclesandtheirequipment(seeClauses5and6andAnnexesAandB);b)thetrainingandbehaviourofroadrecoverytechnicians(seeClause9andAnnexC);c)theuseofpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)byroadrecoverytechnicians(seeClause7);d)themaintenanceandorganizationofroadrecoveryoperators’premises(seeClause8);e)theeffectiveimplementationandmaintenanceofstandardoperatingprocedures(seeClause10).
