【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62496coversgeneralinformationonopticalcircuitboardperformancestandards.Itdefinesthosetestsandseveritieswhichformtheperformancecategoriesorgeneraloperatingserviceenvironmentsandidentifiesthosetestswhichareconsideredtobeproduct-specific.TestandseveritydetailsaregiveninAnnexA.IEC62496-3providesreferences,definitionsandrulesforcreatingopticalcircuitboardperformancestandards,aswellasrelatedinformationpertinenttothesubject.SubsequentpartsoftheIEC62496-3seriesaresequentiallynumberedandcontainperformancecriteriaforspecificapplications.Eachpartwillbeaddedastheperformancecriteriabecomestandardizedforinternationaluse.
